Terms of Service

1. Service. WaveVideo provides hosted access to third-party AI video generation models on a subscription basis. Generation is measured in credits; credit balances refresh with each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

2. Acceptable use. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, depicts real identifiable individuals without consent, infringes intellectual-property rights, or is intended to deceive (including political deepfakes). We filter prompts and may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass safeguards. Fraudulent signup farming of free credits is prohibited.

3. Your content. Subject to the model providers' terms, you retain rights to outputs you generate, and paid plans include a commercial-use license. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with disclosure rules for AI-generated media in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing. Payments are processed by our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the period ends. Refunds for unused time are handled case-by-case within 14 days of a charge.

5. Availability. Generation depends on upstream model providers and compute capacity. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
