Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address (account + waitlist), generation prompts and reference files you upload, generated outputs, credit/billing records, and basic usage analytics. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled entirely by our merchant of record.

How generation works. Prompts and reference inputs are transmitted to our licensed compute partners (including providers operating in mainland China) solely to run your generation, and outputs are stored on our own cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with signed, expiring access URLs. Do not upload content you are not comfortable processing through these providers.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, we don't train models on your content, and we don't share your prompts or outputs with other users.

Retention. Generated videos are retained so they appear in your library; you may delete them at any time, which removes them from storage. Waitlist emails are used only for launch and product announcements, with one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights. Email us to access, export or delete your data. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/billing compliance.

Cookies. We use a session token for login and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.
